>> Return Policy
Any material to be serviced or returned to us, the following procedures should be followed:
Obtain authorization from the Sales Consultant. Please provide the model number, serial number, and a brief description of the reason for return. The description and value of the material for Custom Declaration should be confirmed with the Sales Consultant before return.
>> Relative Freight
1. Within Warranty: The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the equipment is shipped to us for service (this includes customs charges). We are responsible for the freight & insurance charges to the Client.
2. After Warranty: The customer is responsible for all freight & insurance charges for the returned material.
